Even when the day is technically over, part of you is still planning, remembering, anticipating. You've connected all the dots but still can't sleep wondering what might fall through the cracks.
Apps require attention. Routines require discipline. Retreats and classes require time. And when you're already depleted, even "good" self-care
ideas can feel like one
more thing to organise.
Family, relationships,
care-giving, work. When you're so stretched with everyone and everything else, it can be hard to make room for the kind of pause that helps you feel more
like yourself again.

Choose an accessible spot that feels right for you - by your back door, on a balcony, in a sheltered garden corner, or beside a window. It doesn't need to be large, renovated or perfect.
Add a few simple touches that
help the space feel comforting
and recognisably yours -
perhaps a chair with a cushion, shawl, plant, flowers, or
something meaningful.
Choose from simple
10-Minute Reset practices and begin returning to your space regularly. If life gets in the way or you miss a day - simply come back and begin again.

The 10-Minute Sanctuary Reset is delivered as a digital programme.
Selected materials can be downloaded and printed for your personal use

Not at all. This isn’t a gardening course, and you don’t need gardening knowledge or experience. The focus is on creating one small nature-connected sanctuary space that feels like yours and learning how to return to it as part of your 10-Minute Reset.

You don’t need one. Your sanctuary might be a chair outside your back door, a balcony, a sheltered corner, a doorstep, or even a nature-connected spot beside a window. The aim is not to create the perfect garden — it’s to claim one small space you can return to.
You’ll spend a little time initially choosing and setting up your sanctuary space, but we've designed this to be simple and achievable using what you already have - you may well have everything sorted in a weekend. The daily Reset itself is designed around just 10 minutes.
You'll receive digital access to the programme online, accessible from your phone, tablet or computer. It includes video guidance, practical guides and checklists, Reset practices, and your 30-Day Companion. Selected resources can also be downloaded and printed for your personal use.
No special purchases are required. We encourage you to begin with the space and things you already have — perhaps a chair, favourite mug, a plant, a cushion or something meaningful to you. If you later choose to add something to your sanctuary, that’s entirely up to you.
Nothing has gone wrong. This isn’t a streak to maintain or another habit you can “fail.” The 30-day practice is about returning, not perfection. If you miss a day — or several — simply return when you’re ready.
Because this is the Founding Release, Founding Members receive lifetime access to the programme and Bonus #1, plus 12 months’ access to membership-based Bonuses #2–#5. If the platform ever changes or closes, we’ll make reasonable efforts to give you the opportunity to download any applicable purchased materials before access ends.
You’re often the responsible, reliable one holding everything together — but find it difficult to switch your own mind off.
You regularly reach the end of the day mentally tired, yet still struggle to properly pause, unwind or stop thinking about what needs doing next.
You want a little time and space for yourself without adding another demanding self-care routine to your life.
You like the idea of using a small nature-connected space at home as somewhere you can step away from the mental load for ten minutes.
You need something realistic enough to fit into everyday life — using the space and things you already have rather than waiting until everything is perfect.
You’re looking for a gardening, landscaping or garden-design course — creating a beautiful garden isn’t the goal.
You’re looking for therapy, medical treatment or a guaranteed mental-health outcome — the Reset is a wellbeing practice, not a clinical programme.
You want someone else to “fix” the overwhelm without making any room in your day to actually stop and practise the Reset.
You believe you need the perfect garden, lots of spare time or expensive new things before you can begin.
